Colour escapes. You cannot pin it down.
So you cannot write algorithms for it.

Protest Cleaning

On 22 September 2017 a protest cleaning took place on a large public artwork in the city of Arnhem, Blauwe Golven, or Blue Waves in English, the largest outdoor sculpture by Peter Struycken, even in the Netherlands. The work is in danger of being torn down or covered up. Dedicated volunteers, including Conservation students of the UvA, gathered at the artwork armed with buckets and brushes, ready to show both the inhabitants of the city as well as the council what kind of artistic treasure they actually have and cleaned a bit of it to bring awareness to the piece–a nice example of Placemaking.
